Meet Lead Pastor Ryan Neer and his wife, Melanie Neer, a dynamic duo and unending source of inspiration and encouragement. Their journey began within the church and has flourished into a beautiful family of five. After a decade of evangelizing across the country, God called them to Pastor in Colorado. As our lead Pastor, they have ignited transformation and innovation. Sister Neer also serves as Music Director. Together, they cultivate an atmosphere of growth and unity within our church family

Meet Afton Bradley and his wife, Sue Bradley, the compassionate pillars of our church community. As our dedicated Care Pastor, they have devoted countless years to nurturing the internal well-being of our congregation. The Bradley's extend their kindness far beyond the church walls, offering unwavering support to widows and visiting those in hospitals. Their genuine care and commitment create a comforting haven within our church, embodying the essence service.

Meet our passionate Youth Pastor, Nic Bates and his wife, Danicia Bates, who have been married since 2020. In 2021, by the inspiration of God, they launched Purpose Youth. Their mission is to empower the next generation, emphasizing that each youth is purposed for something greater in the Kingdom of God. Together, they're committed to guiding young hearts towards their divine calling, fostering a community where purpose flourishes. Purpose Youth, "Because we are Purposed for Greater."

Meet our Connections Pastor, Joshua Aguirre and his wife, Kyla Aguirre. Together with their four children, they embody the spirit of community that defines our church. With a passion for creating connections, they bring a wealth of experience gained from years of service in ministry. From the moment you step through our doors, they ensure everyone feels not just welcome, but embraced as part of a loving family.

Meet Austin Hively and his wife, Sarah Hively, the heartwarming couple steering our Upper Room Kids team. Their love story unfolded in Louisiana, and in 2022, their journey brought them to Colorado, where Austin serves actively in the military, stationed at nearby, Fort Carson. Three years into their marriage, they've been blessed with three children. Fueled by a calling to make a difference in children's lives, and finding great fulfillment in this journey, the Hively's eagerly anticipate Sunday mornings. They create a welcoming space where little hearts can flourish.

Meet Roy Carbajal, our fantastic Men's Director! 

Meet Winnie Stepisnik, Gateway Pentecostal's Administrative Assistant. She has been a member of this church since she was born and after graduating high school, she dedicated two years to Indiana Bible College. In 2024, she embraced a new chapter by taking on the role, intertwining her deep-rooted connection with the church into her administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth operation and overall support.
